Feb.    Class Action lawsuit administrator sends postcards to residents

2/1     The Center for Environmental Health settles lawsuit with SCG for $1.55-million plus two benzene monitoring systems and requires SCG to use all-electric vehicles at AC

2/3     CPUC ADJ issues ruling that SCG is in contempt of rule 1.1 and must pay $9.8-million fine for using ratepayer money to lobby against decarbonization efforts (rulemaking 13-11-005)

2/15   Health Study Proposers' Virtual Conference (four potential vendors attendee)

2/18   Senator Stern introduces SB-1486, which will compel the CPUC to set a deadline for closing Aliso

2/20   City Ethics commission issues press release re possible violations by former council member Englander

2/24   CAG & 2 from PRNC meet with Kuehl's staff

3/9     CAG gives update at PRNC meeting

3/10   CAG meets with Kuehl's staff

3/30   SB-1486 rally

4/12   Air Monitoring Town Hall

4/12   Proposals for health study due

4/22   at PRNC meeting, Argos Sci update on monitors

4/26   CAG meets with Kuehl's staff (who tell the CAG that Kuehl won't meet with them)

5/3     SB-1486 passed by the State Senate Energy, Utilities, and Communications Committee

5/11   Kuehl's staffer tells PRNC why the County won't issue a subpoena to SCG

5/16   SCG submitted rate increase request

5/19   State Senate Appropriations Committee passed SB-1486 but with amendments

5/26   SB-1486's author asks the senate to vote against damaged bill

June   Class action lawsuit checks sent out

6/13   CPUC workshop on SCG's safety culture plan by 2EC

6/29   SCG submits brief to CPUC re safety plan

8/10   At PRNC meeting, Don Gamiles of Argos Sci gives update regarding securing equipment and permits for monitors

8/18   CPUC workshop re SCG safety culture

8/31   SB-1137 setback bill passed the state legislature

9/8     CPUC opened proceeding -015 re rate hike to fund hydrogen blending project

9/14   At PRNC meeting, status update that monitors are now ready and the website is up

9/23   CPUC announces staff proposals with 5 portfolios to consider

10/4   LA County pases ordinance to  phase out oil wells

10/5   New Aliso ombudsman holds public community meeting

10/7   CAG sends email to DPH requesting update on health study

10/12  PRNC meeting: methane monitors are now deployed

10/13  Cal Advocates says 2EC report should be rejected

10/19  County Health & Mental Health services receives DPH contract for UCLA to conduct health study; Dr. Davis lists Nov. 1 as official start date

10/20  PSE Health Energy announces gas stove study

10/23  FWW & SPR held workshop covering the PSE gas stove study and the CPUC staff proposal

11/9    at PRNC meeting: 2 BTEX monitors have been installed

11/1   BOS approves contract for health study

12/2   LA City Council passes oil & gas drilling prohibition to become effective 1/18/23

12/7   LA City Council passes Decarbonization of new buildings ordinance
