Review of Scientific and Technical Information,” critical of the gas company’s management, corporate
dysfunction and lax regulatory oversight led to the disaster, that SCG was aware of a problem with
SS-25 as far back as 1992.

6/18 The CPUC responded to Stern’s letter on 3/5 that they were recommending an increase in the amount
stored at Aliso, and asking the gas company for information about the pipelines

7/11 CPUC sent a letter to SCG, that expressed the lack of cooperation concerning an investigation by the SED.
Acc. to the letter “Memorialization of SoCalGas Failure to Cooperate with Safety and Enforcement Division
(SED) in SED’s Preliminary Investigation,” the utility produced only one contractor to talk with the
investigators and attorneys.

10/22 PH released statement claiming it had said all along it was chemical exposures from Aliso “causing real
physiological symptoms in members of the community.” That SCG “repeatedly ignored PH’s instructions
to correct messaging, refrain from attributing false statements to PH. PH repeatedly called out SCG for
diminishing the established health impacts of the gas leak on the health of the public,” according to the statement.
